These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory on our website. However, from time to time, there may be discrepancies, and some items may not be available at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the remaining products. You may choose to wait for restocking or proceed with an alternative solution.

Shipping is free within the UAE for orders above AED 200. Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. The shipping fee displayed at checkout will be the final cost charged to the customer.

Delivery within the UAE generally takes 3–4 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates from Saturday to Thursday during standard business hours, except on public holidays. During such times, we take necessary steps to minimize delays.

Customers may request a change of delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible. We deliver to P.O. Box addresses via postal services only and are unable to offer courier services to such locations.

If an item is out of stock, we may hold your order for up to 8–10 days while waiting for restocking. All available items will be reserved during this time. If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact us at info@homedeluxe.ae so we can investigate and provide updates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment. If your parcel arrives damaged, you are advised to refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service team. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence and is found damaged later, please contact us immediately for assistance.

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes as per UAE regulations.

We accept returns due to change of mind provided a request is made within 5 days of receiving the item and the product is returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and approved, the value of the product will be issued as store credit or can be used for replacement. Store credit will be processed within 5 days and will be valid for 10 days. Cash refunds are not provided.

In case of cancellation, a shipping charge of AED 50 will apply. If payment was made via credit or debit card, an additional 3% processing fee will be charged. For Tabby payments, a 3% fee will also apply.

Orders may be canceled at any time before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, customers must follow the return process outlined above.

We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the product. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping costs; however, these may be reimbursed upon successful validation of the warranty claim. Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 days. If approved, the product will either be repaired or replaced depending on availability.

All shipments are insured for loss or damage up to the value specified by the courier. In the case of parcels damaged or lost during transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Once the claim is confirmed, a replacement will be processed.
