3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos and order details.

After verification, we may offer:

5. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

6. Refund Policy

  2. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
  3. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  4. Shipping charges, delivery fees, installation charges, handling fees, and express delivery costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused directly by our company.

7. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
  2. Orders already shipped or specially procured may be subject to cancellation fees, transportation costs, or restocking charges.
  3. Customized and special-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

8. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products at the time of delivery.

Acceptance of delivery confirms that the products were received in satisfactory condition unless a defect is reported within the applicable reporting period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Home Deluxe Building Materials Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, installation-related, project delay, labor, or consequential losses arising from product returns, delivery delays, or replacement processes.
