3. Shipping Charges

✅ A flat shipping fee of AED 50 will be charged for orders below AED 200

Additional Shipping Information

  1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, product type, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  2. Heavy construction materials, solar water heaters, water tanks, sanitary ware, doors, and oversized products may require additional delivery charges regardless of the order value.

4. Heavy and Oversized Deliveries

  1. Heavy products will be delivered only to locations accessible by delivery vehicles.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
